How to report issue

If CloudScan cannot connect to your scanner or you have some other issues please send us log files using following tool (archived version). Just start it on a computer that has SharedScanner installed. All you need to do is run this tool and click "Send Info". You can always review what will be sent (by clicking "Details" button). We do not collect ANY personal information just a log file from SharedScanner.
