Troubleshooting

Although MobileTwain driver follows to TWAIN specification there are a lot of scan applications on the market and some of them do not follow specification exactly. This can lead to different issues with such applications. To help ScanWorks team identify and fix the issue with your scan application please follow these steps:

How to find MobileTwain driver log file

Please follow these steps to find TwainImporter driver log file:
2. Take MobileTwain 'log' file and send it to info@scanworkssoftware.com
3. Or you can get content of this file if you click “Open log file” button on Settings Tab
