Integration Case 1
Description
Capture subsystem should become a part of your process and your base system. If your ECM/BPM system has Web interface it is natural to have Web based capture application too. At the same time some users do not have permanent network connection.
Solution
ScanStream is the browser based application and it can be easily integrated with any other browser based application. HTML nature allows changing UI according corporate standards and flexible API provide functionality for almost any capture request. Despite of browser nature ScanStream can be used without network connection. Users just need to copy a folder with ScanStream and run MainPage.htm file to start working (xcopy deployment). Integration with ECM/BPM system can be done via ScanStream Exporter API. ScanWorks Software team will assist or implement it for you.

Description
Your company has employees with different professional skills and you don’t have professional scanning operator. Capturing application has to cover all needs and be accommodated for different people.
Solution
ScanStream can be configured to different user interface for different users without compilation or hardcore development. You can create up to One-Button interface for those who don’t need advanced features and full featured interface for other. Also predefined Batch Profiles can be created and stored on your company server and eliminate any need to scanner configuration or other setup.
