The MFP integration problem
Modern MFPs scan to shared network folders. Modern DMS platforms receive documents via TWAIN. These two worlds have never talked to each other natively. TwainImporter sits between them: it watches the folder and presents every incoming file as a TWAIN-delivered scan to the DMS.

Generic scan-to-folder
Point any MFP's scan-to-folder destination at a network path. TwainImporter watches that path and feeds incoming files to the TWAIN application.
Xerox Active Mode
TwainImporter actively polls the Xerox device output folder and immediately delivers each scan to the capture app — ideal for high-volume workflows.
Xerox Passive Mode
The capture app triggers the scan on demand; TwainImporter delivers the most recently received file from the Xerox output folder.
Enterprise deployment
Deploy silently across hundreds of workstations using INI-based volume licensing. Block the configuration UI for end-user environments. Set TwainImporter as the default TWAIN source with the DefaultTwain utility.
